Vegetable Serving

Ingredients
Carrots, beans, peas and mushrooms (you can also add their choice of vegetables except for tomatoes, brinjal and onions).
Do Boil these until they are cooked and keep aside.

For milk white sauce • ½ liter
• Maida (flour All Purpose) • Butter, 100 GMS
• Add the black pepper powder to taste.

Method
Melt butter and add the Maida. Mix well until it turns brown, then remove from heat and pour the milk and continue stirring Now, keep the gas back on and continue stir. Please note that you must keep stirring the milk or it will get lumpy. Keep stirring until u obtain the desired consistency. Remove the gas and add the vegetables were boiled Mix well and keep it in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes at 120C-160C.

NOTE
You can also use different types of pasta instead of vegetables.
