What happened to the rice bowls of vegetables at Trader Joe's. Why not sell more?
When I say that their email there was a delay in production, but it was almost a year. What happened?
I work at Trader Joe's for a year and a half now, and I'm not even sure what product you are talking About! I can tell you however that you tell them immediately if a product has been discontinued. If they say there is some type of delay, whatever the reason may be, it falls under the category of temporary disruption stock (TOS). Sometimes an item may be long TOS because it is the fault of the supplier, and not necessarily of TJ. Sometimes the supplier can not keep up with demand, there are sometimes problems with the packaging, etc., etc. I mean, if not simply abandoned, it means that Trader Joe's is interested in him back, but for some reason they are unable at this time. If you want to know exactly what is happening with a product, I recommend to ask an employee at your local store, everyone who wore a Hawaiian shirt should be able to find more details for you.
