What is the best type of tea pot for loose tea?
As some of you know May, you can obtain the import tea such as 100% pure Ceylon (Al Wazah) from virtually any halal meat market. Some of us lazy Americans are used for tea bags disposable, often without realizing that we are actually consuming only "Shake" and leaves incomplete; therefore lacking essential vitamins and minerals. The ads would have us believe otherwise. Anyway, my question is: what kind of tea is the best for brewing loose tea?
The three main types are: glass, porcelain and cast iron. I use the iron pot (once warmed) keeps the tea brewing temperature for longer. Others like ceramics. I think the glass is mainly used to be people who use teas that are more "showy". Personally, I feel better when infused tea to float freely in the pot. That's why I remove the ball tea included. I actually pays through the ball to catch the tea leaves. I doubt that tea bags are less healthy than losing (even if they are not as cool), but I know they have less flavor.
