Collectibles: What is the purpose of Copeland Spode China pattern is to include these symbols?
A griffin, a purple flower, lamp oil and a lily. These symbols relevant to an organization, club or public functions (British, Canadian or American)? I found a service of vintage Spode Copeland china with this design. I find no reference to it or photos of anything that resembles this pattern. China is about 1927. Any help would be appreciated.
