If this is your first time, make community colleges. For example, I'm at Phoenix Community College here offers several different classes of ceramics. A class is not for credit and is basically only pay for the use of the facility for one semester (cheapest option)! Go online and visit community colleges. They should all have online catalogs now. If you hurry, you may even be able to take on the current quarter.
