If I eat only 2 small bowls of cereal a day, will I lose weight?
I am a fairly frequent cyclist, but eat 2 bowls of cereal per day, plus CHEX mix and perhaps a small meal – and works, prompted me to just stay at 133. I want to get down to 123. So I want to lose 10 lbs. I think the race is just making me build muscle which weighs more than fat. So, I'll lose weight if I stop running and reduce my intake of calories .. lunch meat .. Avoid things with carbohydrates (carbs) … Cereal is made from grains and has tons of carbohydrates … .. the reason which carbohydrates are so bad low calories and high in protein) … you can lose weight fast … Trust me ..
