How many calories in a small bowl of pasta?
How any calories would you say are in a small bowl of pasta? The pasta is homemade with some shrimp and a little olive oil .. nothing else is on it (no cheese, sauce, etc..) I do not know exactly how to measure how big it is, except to say that this is a bowl of very small size. What do you all think?
A cup Pulp nature would have about 180 calories in it. Thus, a cup of pasta that you mention is probably about 350 in it.
