What are good sky really blue semi permanent hair dye-?
What brands are really good with a bright blue sky that color? I plan to dye my hair all blue sky. I have really dark brown hair, but of course I will first bleach. This would better if it was something I could go into a store and buy! But something on the Internet would be so cool.
