How much meat and cheese I need a sandwich platter?
I put together my own meat and cheese platter for the birthday party my son. I'm having three meats and three cheeses. There will be between 15 and 20 people there (mostly adults). How much meat and cheese do I need?
Generally, I always use is 1 / 2 lb. each man, and 1 / 4 lb. each woman / child. For cheese, half the above amounts.
