Is it legal to cover your number plate and it is very difficult to read?
Me spinning a car at a speed very high, careless driving. I could not notify anyone because the plate was covered with a file. thick which makes it almost impossible to read if you are directly behind the car. I do not know what state the car was due to plaque Registration coverage. Is this legal? What are the guidelines regarding the proper display of registration plates in Florida? How This person can get away with this? Clearly he is trying to hide from the police. I have a teenage son who thinks it is cool and OK.
It is defenitely illegal. Each time that person is taken, then they will get him / her for that too.
