if I use a Canadian license plate in the U.S., the cops can track the number in their cop cars?
ok. im broke and the cost of insurance is too expensive if I buy a Canadian online license plate and use it here, can they know it is not registered in the state just by putting the number in their computers in cars Washington cop?
NCIC (National Crime Information Computer) is a great tool used in law enforcement to detect such actions as you propose! My strongest suggestion would be to ask you not to deepening difficulties in getting caught without insurance and a fraudulent label!
