Pasta Serving
Is serving of pasta cooked or raw?

I rotini (spiral pasta) for dinner, and I want to make sure I am a serving. It says 2 ounces or 2/3rds of a cup is one serving. I have no scale, this is the 2/3rds of a cup of cooked or raw?

I would say uncooked.x
