Art Deco Paragon China, but what is called the design?
I have a tea set with 6 cups and saucers, creamer, sugare basin and teapot. I try to find the design name. The cups are small and round with a gold handle and foot. White edged with gold, under a blue band that goes around the cup and in that of another band of gold that is broken and points downward on both sides, front and rear to reveal a blue flower with 3 drops of gold in two different lengths. I have tried various website and search in vain. They are so Art Deco and delicate.
You can try taking them to an auction house in good standing and asking them if they know or how to find out. I am sure they will soon search for you or put you to someone who will. That's what I'm doing things I can not identify. Best wishes, Mike.
