Sometimes, the symptoms that you may feel that mimic depression may be simply because your body is exhausted. Try to make sure you get enough sleep each night, that consistency is really key here.

Make a list of things to be grateful – Listen, it's sometimes hard to see according to what we have going on in our lives, but there is always someone somewhere who is worse than us. If you put on paper the things you have in your life you are grateful because it can help put your mind in perspective. Your family, your work may be skill you possess, all put down. Keep this list with you and refer to it whenever you feel depressed.
