How long the electronic consoles last if never used?
People sell things online like PS2, X BOX PSP and laptops are a few years. But still sealed in box and never used. Basically, the only feature of the electronic wear over time, even if never used? If yes, how long before the feature begins to wear?

So long answer to say sitting on a shelf never hurts to electronics. You might need to replace some batteries for their internal clocks, but the rest might work after an indefinite time.
