Can I bake the bread in a baking dish instead of a loaf pan?
I have only a 8×8 and a 9×13 pan pan. Recipe is for banana bread. I'm not a 9×5 loaf pan as she calls it. What should I cook at home and I can still do that without compromising bread? I also have 9 rounds for cakes and such … could I use?
Should work fine. Either 8X8 or 9 "Round. Check it somewhat earlier, it may cook in less time. Bert
