Can I use a king size white satin sheet as a tablecloth on a round table instead of renting clothes for a wedding?
I'm getting married in September and I think it would be sexy to have satin sheets but they are so expensive, even for rent. I wondered if I could use a sheet king size satin and let it hang on the table. they could then be reused or donated in some way. I was also using white feather boas on the back of the chair that I saw on TV, but now I can not find photos. Does anyone have any ideas? this terrible noise?
No, I think it's a great way to be efficient, creative and recycle. I did it myself using covers king size sheets for the banquet tables at a party I threw. The sheets cover puddle at the bottom well below the tables where the elastic is. I tell them reuse, occasionally more. You can find feather boas with assorted colors and lengths in craft stores and on the bolt in stores tissue.
