The purchase of a potter's kiln is not an inexpensive undertaking. This is the biggest investment of a potter to do. But what furnace type should you buy a good question. In this article I will take a closer look at the different types of ovens available and a story of how ceramic kilns were used in the manufacture of pottery and other ceramics.
