Will gold dust mollies and red swortails agree with neon tetras?
I intend to buy Neon Tetras and will they agree with the fish or will try my fish to eat? And it is a reservoir of 29 gallons is enough space for 5 neon tetras? I also have five plants in the wrong tank. And how do you care neon tetras? Do they need special attention or something else? I have 2 mollies and 2 gold dust red swordtail.
I was lucky mixture of these varieties. A good rule of thumb is 1 inch of fish per gallon of water. If you overload an aquarium, the filter may not be able to drain enough water from ammonia quickly and suffer the health of fish that water is unbalanced. Have fun and enjoy! PS-I try to isolate new fish I buy in 3 gallons a separate tank for a couple of weeks until I am sure they will not infect my fish and I lose all of them. They do take care of them at our Wal-Mart, and it seems that every time I get new fish there they infect my tank and I lose everything I have.
