How can I write / paint a message on a bird figurine glass? Painters / artists only?
Hi everybody, this is to ensure monitoring on a recent questions I asked … To make a long story short, my g / f loves these birds and she collects them .. birthday fast approaching and we decided not to spend much of each other .. She told me some months ago that she wanted one of these birds and after a votes, I bought it … http://www.fentonartglass.com/shop/item.asp?item=05163VQ I like to write / paint a small message on the figurine bird glass, but I'm not sure what type of paint or a brush, or ink is possible, or gel pen to use. Glass is very good As you can see from the photo. Can anyone tell me what type of brush painting / PEN / to use when writing a message on it? Since this is very important, I would like painters / ARTISTS to help me. Thank you for your help, I will keep everyone update
I know this because my wife collects premium Christmas decorations, and artists frequently autograph parts for it. The artists used fine point sharpies on Parts colored, and dark rooms like this, they use markers of metallic paint. They come in gold, silver and bronze (I think your part would do best with the money) and are fitted with ultra-fine points. Have a rag soaked in turpentine or gasoline mineral to clean if you make a mistake, and remember that paint markers can easily take half an hour to dry.
