Why the windows get a flower design in the winter when they freeze?
They have a spectacular floral pattern on them. I can not understand why I think it might be ice crystals or something could it be?
It is ice crystals. They form when the humidity gradually in the air condenses on the cold glass. In Estonia they call it a "pink gel.
