English Ironstone
What style of riding is most prevalent in Massachusetts: English or Western?

I live in Massachusetts and I ride at Ironstone Farm and I do not like this style, I'm riding. I have a chance to ride again in Seattle and someone asked me what style I use. I'm pretty sure it's in English but please help me!

-Does your saddle look like this: http://www.equusite.com/articles/basics/images/basicsEnglishSaddle.jpg (English) or this: http://www.equusite.com/articles/basics/images/basicsWesternSaddle.jpg (Western) – Did you post the trot? Usually, when western riding, you do not. – Do you (or the most advanced in your barn, riding in the same way) have more contact on the reins, or Are they cowards? English: Western http://horsenorth.ca/images/pagemaster/PennyandRio_1.jpg: http://www.alqha.com/images/charmer1a.jpg usually English is more prevalent than on the West Coast Is And judging by Website Ironstone, they seem to use English Tack. However, only the images they have they changed their tactics in May and Western, as it seems many programs to therapy because it is safer.
