Best dish / baking tray on which to cook the pizza?
Hey guys, Another quick question on the pizza. I use an Aga and I would what kind of baking sheet or a sheet to use to get the best result. Thank you.

It is a great conductor of heat (cooks evenly and quickly) and do not require seasoning (typically a must for stoves in cast iron) … just rinse and it is ready again. Looks nice, too!
