4 (3 to 4 oz each) skinless, boneless breast halves chicken
Vegetable oil cooking spray
1 can (12 ounces) whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped
1 / 2 cup chopped green pepper
1 / 2 cup onion
1 / powder 2 c. tsp garlic
1 / 4 c. Tea dried basil
1 / 4 c. tsp dried oregano
1 / 4 c. black tea
