Do I really ramekins or custard cups to bake a creme brulee?
I do not have ramekins or custard cups. Is there another type of flat Cooking I can use to do this and how it will affect my cooking time if so. Thank you!
You can use a glass baking dish in 8×8 or similar size glass or earthenware pot. You have to increase the cooking time until center is set. Time will depend on the dish used.
