What is the difference between the cup, plate and bowl Sevens?
Im keeping track of the current London Sevens, but do not understand why some countries are different in the finals, the semifinals namely plate cup and bowl. Am I right in thinking the winners of the 4 pools are being one, the runners-up in another etc etc and then they play another series of games? If you can answer and explain what about that series the weekend for us help. Cheers
