Is it possible to make a butter cream white?
ive tried all sorts, im baking some cupcakes for a party and I want to cream butter white as possible, even when I use the color that never looks good to the cause of yellow butter. thank you jenny, I live in IVE United Kingdom and I can not say never seen the light of butter, but he asked here.
You can buy vanilla clear and Wilton makes a "white" additive food to help make white butter cream. Also, use real butter or unsalted butter flavoring clear in your mix.
