Here's a good dinner menu is very economical and satisfactory. Subject is the Amish Beef-Cabbage Casserole that I received knowledge Amish. AMISH BEEF AND CABBAGE CASSEROLE

1 lb. beef, browned and drained

3 cups fresh cabbage, shredded

3 / 4 cup onion, diced

1 tsp Tea Salt

1 / pepper 2 c. black tea

1 / powder 4 c. tsp garlic

1 can tomato soup

1 soup can of water

1 cup cooked rice (brown rice is recommended for diabetics)

1 tsp tablespoons brown sugar (may be omitted or use 1 teaspoon brown sugar Splenda blend)

1 tsp tablespoon lemon juice

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease (for health, it is preferable to use a cooking spray) a 2-Quart casserole. Included in the cabbage in the dish. Stir in Hamburger and onion. Add remaining ingredients except cheese and mix everything. Cover pan and cook for 1 hour. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on the high. Ready to serve.

THREE-Bean Salad

1 can cut green beans, drained and rinsed

1 can yellow wax beans, drained and rinsed

1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed

1 / 2 bell pepper cup minced

1 / 2 cup finely chopped onion

Dressing: 3 / 4 cup sugar or Splenda equal Lite

1 / 2 cup oil extra virgin olive

1 / 2 cup cider vinegar or 1 / 4 cup each of vinegar and cider balsmic

1 / 4 c. Tea Salt

1 / pepper 2 c. black tea

In a large bowl, combine beans, peppers and onion.

Make dressing: Using a glass jar with a screw-on lid, combine the sugar substitute, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Secure lid and shake jar well to mix ingredients. Pour dressing over bean mixture and toss to mix well. Cover and refrigerate for about 24 hours. Remove from refrigerator and leave at room temperature before serving.

DIABETIC MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp tea baking powder

1 tsp Tea Salt

2 v. tea baking soda

3 / unsweetened cocoa 4 cups

2 cups Splenda granular

1 cup vegetable oil

1 cup coffee hot

1 cup milk

2 eggs

1 tsp tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tsp tea vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

In a large bowl, sift together all dry ingredients. Add oil, coffee and milk to dry ingredients and Mix with electric mixer on low speed for two minutes. Add eggs, mayonnaise and vanilla extract and beat two minutes more. Spray 13 "x 9" x 2 "pan non-stick cooking spray. Pour batter into pan and bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes until what a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar (see how to make sugar from sugar free on this site) if or you want a dash of sugar free chocolate sauce.
