I need a quick way to make a good nut fudge chocolate candies.?
I have the old recipe from a place ck you. boiling point, I do not go there.
This is about as easy as it gets: 3 half-cups shavings of bittersweet chocolate (18 ounces) 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk dash salt 1 cup chopped pecans (or) 1 1 / 2 tsp. vanilla extract in a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chips condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat and add vanilla and nuts. Spread evenly in waxed paper lined 8 or 9 "square pan. Refrigerate 2 hours. Put on a cutting board, peel off paper and cut into small squares. Makes about 2 pounds of fudge awesome
