mini assorted chocolates, and they were gone by Friday. I will not buy any more so how do I ask my colleague kindly to chip in?
Here's what I did ….. I have always been at the bakery the other for office celebrations, anniversaries, promotions, so he got to the point that they have never discussed with me, they just assumed that he would be bringing the cake. the next section was provided on my day off, and they do not cake. After that, people started to turn brings a cake to the office. are safe bet the people in your office is like mine — they do not realize they are benefiting, they simply take the candy will be there. do not buy candy this week. someone will notice and begin to climb in. If they do not take the hint: just ask someone else to make candy, because you can not afford to feed the masses. a little guilt trip never hurt anyone:)
