We intend to lead Saskatchewan to California this summer? Do you advise?
I check it by MapQuest, and more long road we take is Provincial Highway 4 S and S 1-15, from Idaho, Utah, Arizona and Nevada. Do you have any suggestions is what we can see in these places? Motels calling? restaurant, etc.? We'll just spend a night on the town, about 1 hour stop over, but if any something interesting, we can spend more time. thank you. Arizona is only mentioned in mapquest, but im not really familiar with the road. This will be our first time to do it! Saskatchewan, Canada.
If your driving to California in Saskatchewan, why you going through Arizona? Once you go to I-80 in Salt Lake City hang a right. Unless you really want to go to Las Vegas? Vegas is a destination All itself, but if you just want to experience the scene of casinos that you can do that in either Reno or S. Lake Tahoe. I suggest S. Lake Tahoe. Going I-80, you'll see the earth salt, which is pretty cool. You can go to San Francisco, go to the wine country, hwy1 drive along the coast. Santa Cruz, Monterey, Big Sur – all the cool stuff. Heading South on 15 takes you directly in Vegas, we could see the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam and Mojave is pretty cool to drive through.
