How does a ceramic dish with butter in a water tank to keep the butter cold as the other without?
We have ceramic butter dish that has a tank under it and if you keep the water in the tank the butter remains cold butter a similar flat without the reservoir. Why?
The water evaporates, cooling the remaining water and the dish. This is similar to how sweating keeps you cool, evaporation of water takes a bit of heat with it.
