Is bone china really much better than porcelain?
I opted for porcelain dinnerware instead of china that we had initially registered for because they looked almost the same thing for me and the price was much better. Will I be disappointed? I know that China bone is lighter and more transparent, but I really do not see these qualities as necessary. Am I missing something?
It is a pretty cool. It depends on what you will use them for. Remember that china does not allow gow bacteria. It is completely non-porous. China bones, while much brighter, can break more easily. Not so much easier. Fine China is for the display, while you feel comfortable eating out china for reasons of safety and health.
