Driving in West Virginia and Virginia?

Hello, I'm afraid of driving in the mountains. However, it seems that I'll have to go to West Virginia and Virginia. (I will not drive, I'll be a passenger ……. but still scared!). We must go to Milton, WV, then to down to Beckley, WV everywhere in Lynchburg, Virginia, then to Baker WV – about we make a circle holding WV, which is what I am seriously fear. I pushed through Pennsylvania on I-76 to Harrisburg, then down to Lancaster County, then I-81 all the way to New York goes throgh the Pocono Mountains, etc. I've done pretty much agree, with only a few places where I am quite worried.
